Returning a product in conditions other than those specified, or in a non-compliant state, as well as failure to follow the above recommendations, will result in the loss of warranty.

Any product purchased from the Jules of Joy online store can be returned within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

The return must be made at the customer’s expense, using the same shipping service that was used for delivery, in the original packaging, together with the invoice and the warranty certificate.
